How much should I workout? How much is enough?

Though subjective, as it depends on various personal metrics such as daily activity, sleep quality, nutrition, stress levels etc, the ideal time to be given to a workout is 30-45 minutes irrespective of the fitness goals.

The difference lies in the methods of training, intensity and volume.

For a more general answer, training at least 4-5 times a week with 30-45 minutes of high quality workout are great for anybody.

Make sure to understand that the key bottomline to fitness is the consistency, most people go wrong with this part.
